Delivery Times:
When a minimum 50% payment for your order has been received, we will order your laser from our factory. We usually receive delivery in 14 days, the machine is then checked and tested before being dispatched to you. You will normally receive your order 2-3 weeks after payment has cleared, but please allow up to 28 days for any unforeseen circumstances (shipping delays etc).
If you pay a deposit we collect the balance prior to dispatching your laser and supporting documents.
We do not foresee there will be any delays in your order, and we are confident in our carefully sourced manufacturer supplying us in time, but we all know everything in life does not always go to plan so for your piece of mind, if the order is not completed by us within 28 days, we will either;
a:· Issue you a full refund or;
b:· Supply you with a loan machine (subject to stock)
If you choose option (b) or we will also supply you with an extra pair of CE Certified Safety Glasses (EN207) or a Carbon Lens & Paste free of charge, with our sincere apologies.
We have been on the receiving end of very bad customer services and order delays and do not want our customers to find themselves facing the same problems as what we did, we hope our policies above will reassure you that we will always do our best to provide you with the best service possible.
Training
As soon as your order is placed we will give your details to the training company who will contact you to arrange a suitable training date. This is usually arranged to coincide with delivery, we have found that Sunday's is often the most popular day for training, as this reduces business interruption for all concerned, and is quicker to arrange.
